At Ruhira by Rashi, each outfit is thoughtfully custom-designed, stitched, tried, and finished according to individual preferences and measurements. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we follow a No Refund policy.
 

No Refunds

All purchases made at Ruhira by Rashi are non-refundable, as our outfits are:

• Custom-designed or made-to-measure

• Tailored specifically to the client’s requirements

• Tried, fitted, and finalized after client approval

Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
 

Alterations & Fit Adjustments

We are committed to delivering the perfect fit. Minor alterations, if required, will be handled on a case-by-case basis, provided the request is made within the discussed trial or fitting timeline.
 

Quality Assurance

Every outfit undergoes strict quality checks before delivery. In the rare event of a manufacturing or workmanship issue, concerns must be reported immediately upon delivery or trial so we can assess and resolve them accordingly.
